The Beach House Resort #1, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a gulf front complex with panoramic beach views. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! There are numerous beach side chaise lounges to sit back and enjoy the sunsets or catch up on your reading. It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. It's a perfect Anna Maria Island vacation rental property!

Unit #1 at Beach House Resort is a ground level unit with a spacious screened lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. From the bedroom there is even a view of the bay! It has a 55" television in the living room as well as a 55" television in the bedroom. It will sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. This unit features a private screened porch and onsite laundry room for your convenience.

This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All nine units together will sleep 42.

Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 30 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate.


Parking is limited and restricted to one car per unit.
