All bedrooms are air conditioned apart from one single room which has a fan.

The property is in Albufeira town. It is a 25-minute drive to Quinta do Lago.

Villa Brejos is surrounded by the best golf courses and lovely restaurants. There is a large new Intermarche supermarket and fuel station just next to the vills.

Villa Brejos is located at the top of the Montechoro Strip where you will find all the bars restaurants and nightlife. There is a nice cafe across the road which has been recommend by previous guests. This villa is secure, quiet, and fully equipped for your holiday needs.

Comfortable Interior: The villa comprises of 6 bedrooms in total; 2 double bedrooms, 1 x 3 single beds, 2 twins and 1 single bedroom. We can supply cots and highchairs upon request, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for your use.

General:
The villa has 5 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television with satellite channels.

Eating & living:
There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. You will also find a dish washer, washing machine, clothes dryer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

Smoking:
Smoking allowed only in a designated area outside.

General: The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, south facing garden, south facing patio area, south facing balcony and barbecue area to the rear. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

All bathrooms, furniture and fittings are to a high standard.

The villa is in a nice quiet residential location but has the advantage of being close by to all the amenities of Albufeira, close to the Strip and the Old Town.

Villa Brejos interior -
Once you enter the property you will find the living room which has plenty of room for a group to sit down and rrelax. There are sliding doors onto the pool. There is also an area to dine inside.

The kitchen is located beside the living room. It is integrated with dishwasher, washing machine and direct access to the outside BBQ area.

The main shower room is located beside bedroom 1, the kitchen and living room.

Bedroom 1 is spacious and has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. It is located on the ground floor with large glass sliding dooring leading out to the swimming pool.

Bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor and has twin beds, en suite facilities, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. This has large glass sliding doors leading out onto the garden and pool area.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, air conditioning, and en-suite shower facilities on the ground floor

Bedroom 4 is located on the 1st floor with 3 single beds, en suite facilities and a private terrace with large glass sliding doors looking out onto the pool below.

Bedroom 5 is located on the first floor, this has a single bed.

Bedroom 6 is located on the first floor, this is the main bedroom which is spacious has ensuite bathroom facilities, Large double bed with a further double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of Drawers, and private terrace looking onto the garden and pool below.

All bedrooms (besides bedroom 5) and living room have air conditioning. There is also a wood burner in the living room that can be used if required.

A beautiful, spacious 6-bedroom (4 en suite) villa with private swimming pool. From the outside the villa is fully fenced off and for security and privacy, located on a quiet road with no through traffic. At Villa Brejos you can enjoy a relaxing holiday, whilst being moments away from the Montechoro nightlife, beach, bars and restaurants. It is situated right next to a lovely café, located across the road, ideally to relax in the sun and enjoy a coffee. There is a well catered new golf academy a short walk from the villa, with golf range and golf course providing an excellent opportunity to make use of the local facilities.

Villa Brejos exterior:
As you enter Villa Brejos you will be able to park one car with the Villa, any other cars can park on the road with no restrictions.

As you enter the gate you will find a 6x3 meter swimming pool with outside dining area (in the shade) beside the pool. At the rear of the property you will find the BBQ and clay stove for outside entertaining. The villa benefits from large mature pine trees, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun.

Villa Brejos allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the day, relaxing around the pool or garden area, and yet be close to the bars, restaurants and nightlife that Albufeira has to offer.
