1 large loft bedroom house, Family Friendly, Close to attractions, relaxing!

This 1-bedroom house in Indian River is perfect for your escape to tranquility. With 3 queen beds and a twin bed, guests can enjoy a tremendous night's sleep. The property offers a washing machine, clothes dryer, WiFi, iron, and AC for a great nights sleep on those hot days in the summer. Enjoy views of the pond in the back yard while sipping on your morning coffee! We're happy to assist with any questions you may think of during your stay.

Also the minimum age requirement for the main renter is currently at 23.

Also when attending our guest house in the winter time be sure to bring slippers or thick socks. We do have wood floors.

Sorry, but we do ask our guests that their be no parties on the property. Thank you!

Also please don't attempt to light a fire in the fireplace.

Stay was nice! Beds were comfy and tub was big and comfy. Water pressure for shower was also good. Lots of games to play as well. Host was very nice and knew of lots of things to do!! We came up for work so we didn’t get to do much but we did manage to make it to see the Mackinac Bridge he recommended and it was very cool!!! Got to see the trees change colors which doesn’t happen in Mississippi (we are about 30 mins away from New Orleans) Overall a great stay.

Indian River

The stay at Charlie’s was fabulous. The property include a large pond for viewing , great for morning coffee or a walk. The living room and bar setup were very comfortable with pop out recliners. The kitchen was very cute and had all your daily requirements. The bedroom was very large with 3 large beds and plenty of space. I loved the overall peaceful and warm vibe. Will be staying again!

The pond in our back yard can be very calming to view when you first wake in the morning walking down the stairs. Also how close it is to all the things that northern Michigan has to offer!!!!
