We very much enjoyed our stay. The house had all the furniture and everything that we needed. My one complaint is there is no shades in the upstairs bedrooms where the children slept. They were woken up by sunlight every morning which ruined the day for them and parents.

Thank you for your feedback, Renee. We’re glad to hear the house had the furniture and amenities you needed. We apologize for the lack of shades in the upstairs bedrooms and understand how early sunlight affected your stay. We will look into adding window coverings to improve comfort in those rooms. We appreciate you sharing your experience. Stay Montana Management

Montana family trip, 2025

This house overlooks the Big Sky resort and the view was wonderful !! We did have an issue with the primary bath not having hot water during our stay, the management company was responsive but it took two days to get someone out to fix the problem. It was finally resolved but no hot water in half the house was an issue with our large group of 14. The hot tub also required maintenance. Overall, the property was perfect for our family and we would definitely rent this property again.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed the stunning views and that the home was a great fit overall. We truly appreciate your patience with the hot water and hot tub issues—while we're glad we were able to resolve them, we understand how the delay impacted your stay, especially with a large group. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re grateful for the chance to make it right. We’d love to welcome you back for an even smoother experience next time! - Audrey C

Really enjoyed the layout. We had three families there totaling 17 people. The house is laid out symmetrically so you can have families on each side of the house. They have dual dish and laundry washers on both sides to be efficient with that many people. Loved the ski storage and boot and handwarmers in a ready room for skiing. There are a number of beds in the upstairs locations that are only accessed via spiral staircases, so you need to ensure that that won’t be an issue for your family, but it was a really cool set up. The response from the management team was superior and they were very quick to respond. The views are fantastic and the dining set up and living room Area are very amenable for family/group get togethers

Thank you for the five-star review! Glad the layout worked so well for your three families — great that the symmetry, dual dishwashers, and laundry on both sides kept things efficient for 17 people. Happy the ski storage, boot and handwarmers, views, dining setup, and living area were a good fit for your group. Thanks for the helpful note about the spiral staircases and upstairs beds for other families to consider. We appreciated having you as guests and would love to host you again. Best, Jannen E

magical moments in a beautiful place

Big Sky is amazing! we loved every moment on the slopes and most of the time in the house. we did have some problems that were the result of recent construction and we were the first to inhabit the home. they were handled. the home is perfect for a large group ( there were 10 of us) great kitchen, good spaces to relax and gather, warm and welcoming. info on the house could have been better - ie. when to put garbage out for collection, what to do at check out - strip beds? towels? secure entry difficult because failed circuit breaker prohibited us from using garage code which was the only way of entry. Needed to break into home (did not force entry but climbed to terrace and door unlocked. Loved hottub and devoted area for skis and snowboards, boots. Great house and fabulour area - we loved our stay!
