June Reduced Rates - Country Club Townhome " no stairs" next to the Urban Trail.

This community has its own golf course and hiking paths. There is a 30 day or more stay for a full month requirement for this townhome. We don't allow the month to be broken up. Please note June, July and August are a peak season rate, there is reduced rate for booking of 6 months or more. Additional there is a no pet policy, accept those required by law. Location is just a few minutes to NAU and is close to everything . This townhome sits right in middle of circle drive right next to the Flagstaff, Urban trail. The location is near Safeway, Best Buy, Flagstaff Mall, Village Inn restaurant, Wildflower restaurant, Salsa Bravo Mexican restaurant, and down town shopping are all nearby. The back deck of the home leads to one of Flagstaff urban trails. You can hike or jog right off the back of this property.

This home features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths all on one level no stair to climb and a great living area for reading and relaxing. It also has a spacious breakfast bar with 4 chair style bar stools. Inside the kitchen is eating area that seats another four chairs for meal time. There is a Sude sofa and love seat in the living room and nice big wood burning fireplace for your family to enjoy. This is great location your close to down town and the Continental Country Club yet it feels like miles away being nestled right in the forest with hiking trail one of Flagstaff urban trails right in your back yard.

This home also has WIRELESS INTERNET and Direct TV for the whole family to enjoy. You can relax on the outdoor patio and watch the wildlife or take a job or hike off the backyard area. If you want to escape with the family, get out of the heat, and enjoy the cool pines, then this home is the affordable choice with ideal location for a vacation. We supply toilet paper paper towels trash-bags, Dish soap dishwasher soap, hand soap . We do not supply personal products or toiletries such as toothpaste shampoo.

It was Beautiful scenery outside the inside of the home was nice we did not like the sofa and loveseat very uncomfortable, the washer was off balance when i first used it my husband had to put a piece of cardboard under the washer so it would stay balanced. On the stove one of the burner knob to your left was broke so i never used that burner. The faucet in the kitchen leaked around the bottom base. the walk in shower had mold all around the bottom which is not healthy for you long term. We had to kill 8 spiders inside the home which i did not like to see. The TV had no good channels to watch good thing i had my ROKU. I will not be returning

Mountain Retreat

Property was exactly what was described. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was friendly and very helpful. It's a lovely hideaway in the mountains. We really enjoyed the snow! We'll return for sure.

The property manager was great,communicative and easy to deal with. The house was very clean and amazingly well equipped for any need. The location is just beautiful. Although it is next to other condos it is a very private lot backs the forest and it’s just beautiful. Couldn’t have enjoyed my time anymore.

Wonderful Wilderness Retreat in the City!

First of all, the house was perfect for us. The ping pong and pool in the garage were a special plus. The unexpected delight was the wildlife right out our door. This property borders a vast expanse of woods with neighbors visible but not that close. So you are in the wilderness -- yet not alone! All the city conveniences are just a few minutes drive away. Plus it was very quiet which was what we definitely wanted. At one point we saw a herd of FIFTY deer -- yes, 50! Plus all the birds and other small wild animals every single day. Therefore, we give this Flagstaff property the highest rating. We would say, however, be sure to check out the weather ahead of time for the period of your stay. Flagstaff has its own unique weather patterns. It is different, for example, from Sedona. Happy Trails!

Why they chose this property

This rare find backs to unsubdivded land. You can walk right out the back deck or side yard to hike for many miles in this beautiful forested area with lots of wildlife such as deer, elk, rabbits, fox, birds and squirrels all living in this area. You are less than 10 miles to most everything. Great location!!

What makes this property unique

The home is close to downtown, NAU, and shopping. It also comes with all of the country club membership benefits including bear paw, tennis, fitness center etc... It is available for the guest with a small fee charged by the club house for the membership transfer.
