Beautiful light, lovely new furnishings, and gorgeous original artwork make it a wonderful home base for your Colorado mountain adventures.
2-3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 baths, hot tub, gas fire pit, gas grill, large screen HDTV, fully equipped modern kitchen, South-facing sunny deck. Close to all of the amenities the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer: world-class skiing, stunning hiking, premier fly fishing, cycling, shopping, and restaurants. Well-appointed with thoughtful furnishings, including soft bedding, comfy mattresses, plush towels, bedside charging stations, conveniently equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Access to a private lake and beautiful walking paths in the neighborhood.
The main level family room converts to another bedroom with a comfortable queen platform pullout sofa, connected to the bath.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs are connected with an open doorway with no door - you walk through the CA king bedroom to get to the 2 twin bed bunkroom.
The basement of the home is a completely separate rental unit with private entrance - there are no shared spaces.

I have lived my entire adult life in Colorado, after spending many decades in Boulder I moved to the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley in 2017 - there is so much to love about living here! The gorgeous mountains and rivers, wilderness, amazing community, and endless options for entertainment...not to mention all of the sunshine!
Why they chose this property
I love this quiet, friendly, residential neighborhood for the setting close to everything, the willow-lined walking paths, the lake, and the proximity to both practical and aesthetic amenities. Grocery stores, restaurants, and independent retail shops are within 5 minutes. Trails, rivers, ski areas, biking are all close by.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful light, a great South facing private back deck and yard, nice common spaces in the home, a wonderful kitchen opening to the dining area and living room, quiet private bedrooms - it's pretty perfect!
