Clean and neat one bedroom, one bath condo on the Gulf of Mexico located at the south end of the Island, in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex. With all the extra amenities to enjoy, swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills all on the grounds. Many other activities to relish during your stay: fishing, shelling, walking, boating and relaxing.

Within short walking distance across the street are restaurants, shopping, and marina, which also provides boat rentals and sight seeing tours.

This was my second time staying at this property. The host is the best of the best. None equal to his willingness to help. The room is great with partial ocean view. However, its best asset is that it is literally steps from the ocean. I will stay here again.

Richard was so welcoming & accommodating! The condo was so nice. It was decorated so beautifully. I LOVED the Junonia pillows! We went there for relaxation & for shelling. All we had to do was go down 1 floor & walk out onto white sand & there was shells & sand dollars everywhere! We really enjoyed ourselves & we didn’t want to come home. Thank you Richard!!

The property was perfect for what we wanted we were able to bring our Maltese, and loved being right on the beach. Fort Myers is coming back and was glad to see so many places are reopening and lots of rebuilding. The shelling was awesome. We had more shells than we could bring home.!

This was the perfect space for our beach vacation in paradise. The apartment has partial view of the Golf of Mexico, but you don’t need the balcony when you have the beach steps from the building and you can watch the ocean and sunsets from the lobby. We had everything we needed, it was clean and well equipped and our host was a fast communicator and had beautiful details like leaving two courtesy bottles of wine for us which we enjoyed very much or giving us a little extra time to check out. We hope to come back soon! Simply the best!

Location location location

Overall this place was perfect for us. We came with our 18m old son for 5 days. The location is amazing. Steps from the beach! Provided were some beach chairs, a beach mat, wagon, cooler and some float noodles. We ended up buying an umbrella and leaving it there too because the sun was pretty oppressive and an umbrella was much needed. The unit itself could use some updating but for me, that’s not a game changer.For the price and location, I’d stay here again for sure.

Perfect little getaway!

This is a lovely little studio apartment type setup. It is much cuter than it looks in the pics. Very comfy bed and little couch. I enjoyed walking the beach and gathering shells. The owner was very responsive to answer any questions.

Estero Beach & Tennis Club

Great place, clean and near everything we wanted to do from a short walk to numerous shops, restaurant's, boat rental & of course the beach. A quieter area which suited us great. If you want nightlife head to the north end of the island with way too many people, more expensive way too much traffic etc.. This is a nice quiet laid back area without the hustle, traffic and crowds.

Great location

Great location and a wonderful host! Unit is located on first floor with short distance to stairway and elevator. We choose to take stairs just to get some exercise in. We enjoyed our morning and evening walks walking our dog on the property. The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed. We were able to see partial view of the ocean on balcony and enjoyed watching other guests playing pickleball in the morning. Always a nice breeze from the ocean anywhere on the property and the beach was very beautiful! Our dog loved it also!

Great 1st floor condo

We have been to this condo complex many times, so we are very familiar with the grounds, amenities, and overall layout of the rooms. This place was very clean. It had multiple tvs. The kitchen is equipped enough to do what you need. The owner has left many things for you to use (beach chairs, towels, wagon, tennis rackets and tennis balls, noodles, etc). The pool and multiple gas grill areas are very well kept. The beach is right outside the complex. You used to have to maneuver the mangroves to get to about 30 feet of beach. Now, you get to the lobby and take about 10 steps and you have about 500 feet of beach. That was a huge surprise for us to see the beach expansion. Lastly, the owner ranks as one of the best of the best. Richard answers all questions and does it very very quickly. He is very pleasant and courteous and follows up to make sure you have gotten in and have what you need. I appreciate him lending us his condo for a week and making sure we had what we need to have a good time.

May beach break

Great location only steps to beach dining shopping and groceries. Best host ever. My only suggestion would be to replace the worn carpet with a durable hard surface flooring. Great beach break for 7days to relax and enjoy the beach!

Great condo and great location

This condo was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable, and a great location on the island for us, as it was far enough away from the night life to be peaceful, but close enough to join in when we wanted to. Owner was great. The property was great. Looking forward to returning.

So peaceful

My boyfriend our two dogs and I had a great week stay here! Everyone is so friendly, the complex is so welcoming and the room itself was lovely. Minor things like needing to vacuum upon arrival but that was no big deal! The host was easy to communicate with and the beach is soooo close and beautiful. Located by many things such as stores and restaurants. We are so pleased thank you!
