Nestled in the trees on the inland side of the Highway, this tri-level townhouse is a great value.
2 updated bedrooms on lower level each with Queen bed, plus remodeled full bathroom.
The mid-level features an updated full kitchen, renovated with new paint and flooring, oak cabinets and granite countertops, plus new dishwasher and microwave.
Also on mid-level, comfortable living room with laminate flooring, wood-burning fireplace, sleeper sofa, TV/DVD, CD/Cassette player and games, dining table for 4 plus two counter stools.
Third level is a lofted bedroom with 2 Single beds, TV/VHS, and 3/4 bathroom. Newer washer and dryer, all updated windows and new deck and siding, too!
Just outside of town, enjoy a bike ride to Tahoe City and beautiful Skylandia Beach in summer, or take a short drive to any of the resorts for a day on the slopes!
Propane BBQ on deck. Pool and tennis available summer only.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Leave any fireplace ashes IN the fireplace (if applicable)
• Do not make any beds
• Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher
• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside
Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door
Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside
• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!)
• Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows
• Turn on electric Bear Fencing (if applicable)
• Return keys to HRG Lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
