This condo is a 2 bedroom plus loft unit, with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

Relax in the modern comfort of this remodeled Dollar Hill II condo, great in the winter, spring, summer and fall!

Completely upgraded, DH61 features central gas fireplace, 48 inch flat screen TV with HD Dish Network, Sonos internet radio, DVD library, board games, and microfiber couch, plus cozy chairs, upgraded deck with gas grill (available in summer), and gourmet kitchen with all new appliances. Dining table seats 6-8 with new table, bench seat and leaf extension.

Wood floors in kitchen and entry, carpets throughout the rest of the condo.

Downstairs bedroom features Queen bed with in-room vanity (sink), and attached bathroom with shower and toilet (no tub).

Upstairs bedroom also has a Queen bed and door to a full bathroom, which is shared with the loft bedroom. Loft bedroom has a Double bed with Twin trundle as well as a Twin sofa bed; great area for the kids! Portable AC unit and TV with Wii and PS3 in the loft. On a clear day you can see a peek of the lake from this room.

Dollar Hill II offers seasonal access to pool, tennis, and club house.. Close to the bike path, and only 2 miles to downtown Tahoe City. Walk or short drive to the lake, too.
