Great location, 5 min. from Tahoe City, Sunnyside, Homewood, etc. and at the same time 1 mile up the hill from 89, so very peaceful and quiet. Queen Murphy bed and my 6’4” self slept great. Comfy/cozy unit with everything you’d need. Owner was very good with the communication up front and at the end.
Stayed in summer- NO AC and too hot to sleep overnight. No breeze and didn't cool off till after midnight. Suggest you put in the offering NO AC.2nd night- lost power in middle of the night- was on by morning.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2026

Hi Stanley,
We are so sorry that you were uncomfortable due to the weather. Lake Tahoe does get very hot in the summer. We are ver clear in our listing that we do not have A/C. We want guests to know exactly what amenities they will and will not have when visiting our property. I recommend fully reading a listing prior to booking to ensure it meets your needs. We also apologize for the power situation. This was a region wide outage, and unfortunately this was outside of our control. It is unfortunate that this affected your stay.
Quaint end unit condo in a great location. The complex has great amenities: hot tub, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and restaurant. Check in process was easy and communication with owners was timely and efficient. Would recommend this listing and will be back.
The studio is really cozy and extremely close to the lake on the North side of Tahoe! I’m happy with the location, dishes and cutlery, the availability of a fan! However, what really disappointed me was the cleanliness of the place. At first glance, the room looks really clean but upon closer inspection I realized that the blankets, sheets, and pillow covers seemed used on both the bed and pullout couch. They smelled used, had hair on them, and stains. I looked in the closet for some additional ones. Turned out the closet was a complete mess with old guest’s pillows, blankets, and supplies shoved in there. I asked the host to bring some new ones which they gladly did but again the pillow covers felt used. I didn’t ask for new sheets again as cleanliness is something that should be naturally provided and not begged for, also they said they will charge money if we keep asking for new supplies in their listing. HOWEVER, I liked how fast the host was with communication. I just really hoped the place was more organized because the last thing a person would ask for on vacation is a used bed to sleep in. Other than that, the showers work great and the kitchen is really clean. After dealing with the whole sheets situation, everything went smoothly and was a really comfortable place to stay in.
This studio condo in a prime spot of Tahoe city is a true gem! With all extra amenities, and a three minute drive to the Tahoe Beach, it is a definite win! Very attentive and responsive owners, of whom wanted to go above and beyond and checked in to confirm any needs during visit. Book this special spot to enjoy the beauty of Tahoe ASAP!
