Very clean! We loved our stay. The pool was clean and cool. Bummed hot tub was out of commission. Pool table was fun! We also had nice neighbors too! Very much loved our stay!

Reviewer Comments:
Great location, Quiet Neighborhood. Near Cross Trails for biking. Gas Grill outside on the porch, while on the small side, was adequate for our needs. Rooms are as described, and a washer and dryer are also a bonus. One shower (Downstairs) was the smaller size but was on-suite, which was nice. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Would rent again there.
Loved it! This is the second time we’ve rented this condo. It’s extremely close to our home and really helps with the needed bedrooms while friends and family visit.
Only problem, there were a few carpenter ants that visited

Small but cozy
A nice upgrade from tent camping without breaking the bank. Our group of 4 adults and 5 kids cozy up in this little cabin style apartment for two nights and it was perfect. Interior of the house is kept clean and bedding are comfortable to sleep on. Mostly new appliances including a set of full size washer and dryer. We cooked all meals ourselves and spent half of the time indoor, in and out between water activities by the lake. You have to try the HOA heated swimming pool and hot tub (accessible only with a badge key provided).

A little smaller than you'd expect, but great finishes and very space efficient.
The managing staff were extremely nice. The condo looks newly redone and was very clean. FYI - the fridge is a little smaller than a typical fridge. It worked out fine since we had an extra cooler for drinks, but this is good to know before packing/grocery shopping.

Great location, nicely equipped condo
Location near Tahoe city was great. We didn't use the community amenities really but the unit itself is very clean, nicely updated and we all slept very comfortably. Would certainly stay there again!
