Beautiful little place with easy access to Boothbay’s shops and restaurants. Everything in the home was immaculate and the area in general was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!
The property was in a quiet neighbor close to the waterfront and heart of Boothbay Harbor. Bathrooms and Bedrooms were new and clean. Televisions throughout, games available, and outdoor furniture were all welcome additions.
This brand new home was absolutely wonderful. It's in a fantastic location that is simultaneously private and feels like it is in the middle of the forest, but at the same time is just moments from downtown and the harbor. It was well-appointed with everything we could have needed. Everything was clean and well-organized. We loved the backyard and sitting under the tall pines around the fire pit in the evening. The host was communicative and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay with our family of 6 adults. House was well furnished and had everything we needed. We would have liked a BBQ. location was good, close to town and quiet. A C was a bonus since we arrived in an unusual heat wave.
This house in Booth Bay Harbor was such a great place to stay for our first visit to Maine. It's basically a new home so of course it's so pretty! There are a lot of antiques for furniture which I appreciate. Very quiet area. The beds are beautiful 4 poster beds... the only downside are they are all tall. It feels a bit like hopping to get in and out for everyone but my tall husband. One hiccup which was probably the way I read things...I assumed shampoo was provided since it said 'soap' and that's what we usually find... so we had a last minute trip out our first night. Also good to know that there is a Keurig so you can grab K-Cups before you arrive. We would have loved a full length mirror in the house, maybe in the hall even. The master bathroom is amazing. We enjoyed the town of booth bay harbor - went on a cruise with cap n'fishes, enjoyed the dining and seeing other small nearby towns. One thing to note, we were expecting 'walk to town' to mean, super close basically in town... .where this is actually quite a hike. Walkable - yes... but not a quick walk. We ended up just driving.
