Stunning Ocean View 3-Bedroom + Den Home in Ventura Beach

This beautiful property is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the serene beauty of Ventura Beach. With breathtaking ocean views from almost every room, this beach house offers a perfect escape. The den, featuring privacy pocket doors and a queen sleeper sofa, offers an especially stunning vantage point of the coastline.

Located less than a mile from the beach, it’s a quick walk or drive to enjoy the sand and surf. Plus, our home is close to all the activities Ventura has to offer. Or, if you prefer, you can simply unwind on the large patio, soaking in the unobstructed ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The home front door entry has a ramp which allows easy access for a wheelchair, stroller, wheeled luggage & wagon full of toys from the beach. You can also access the den bedroom featuring a queen sleeper sofa which is off the dining room that allows for wide access for a wheelchair/stroller. Permit 2524

1) Start a load of laundry preferably towels before leaving. 2) Put all patio furniture covers back on. 3) Clean & cover the BBQ if used. 4) Switch off Heater.
5) Close all windows and lock all doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be mindful of our neighbors as they all live here full time. Please do not block anyones driveways ever even if its just to unload

Other than some parking challenges in this neighborhood, this was a wonderful place to stay. The host was responsive when reaching out to her and the place was clean and beautiful. We would stay again if we return to the area.

Good house for our group of two families with kids. A couple kids slept in the den worked well, but may not be optimal for adults as it’s small and just off the commona area so little privacy. Very clean, good views, comfortable beds. All the amenities we needed. We went to the beach which is close, but not terribly walkable (no sidewalks, under freeway). Overall good for our short stay to Channel Islands.

This house was amazing! Beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The views were beautiful! Everywhere you looked you could see the ocean. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect vacation hime for our family of 7 including a young child. The home was clean, spacious, with stunning ocean views and cute coastal decor. It has all the basics you need. It’s a short drive to local spots. If you are a walker, the beach and downtown are accessible but no sidewalks in some spots. Overall, it was a fabulous home and highly recommend for families or anyone wanting to explore Ventura.

We were so impressed with this beautiful home. We had everything we needed. The deck is gorgeous. We had a great view of Anacapa. There was plenty of room for all of us and a very comfortable couch in the living area. We will definitely rent again.

This is a great place to stay, woke up with stunning view of the ocean ,Porpoises , seals etc, very quiet and relaxing, property owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend.
