Walk Out Lower Level of clean 2 Family Lake House

Our home at the Great Sacandaga Lake is the ideal vacation spot for skiing, hiking, ice fishing or just relaxing in the Adirondaks. During the summer it is a wonderful location for swimming, water skiing, tubing and of course fishing all with beautiful mountain views. All utilities included.

Walk out lower level of Immaculate two family lake house centrally located between Albany and Buffalo. Three bedrooms, family room, living room and brand new modern kitchen . two full bathrooms and laundry room. Fully furnished throughout. Cable TV and high speed internet. Kitchen is fully outfitted and has all new appliances. Large patio with gas grill. Beach across the street from house with picnic tables and docks. Public boat launch across the lake. Most folks prefer to bring their own sheets and towels. If you need to use ours please help by washing them and returning to the closet. All utilities included, available year round for weekly(Saturday 3:00 p.m. to Saturday 11:00 a.m.). No Pets, No Smoking.

First time staying here and we were impressed. The house had everything you needed and a short drive or walk to the lake. We mainly hung out by the lake. There is a nice fire pit and picnic table. The house was clean upon arriving. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook including a grill on the side of the house. Communication with Jerry was excellent and answered our questions quickly. Thank you for letting us stay. We hope to be back again!

We rented the property for overflow sleeping for family in town for Thanksgiving. The hot water wasn’t turned on at first, but Jerry was easy to get in touch with, and it was a quick fix.

The house was very nice and well stocked with necessities. The only bad thing about this vacation was I rented a place 17 miles from my home to spend most of my time inside because it rained almost every day, which is nobody’s fault but it was a lot of money to spend to do something I could have done at home. 😔😔😔

It was a nice place to get away, but bring a dehumidifier, because the place gets very muggy in the summer time and since it is in the basement it does not move air well. Otherwise, was a nice set up and was very convenient.

Great beach access!

The house had everything we needed. (Bring your own sheets and towels.) Clean, easy to get to and close to town. The property has access to Lake Sacandaga across the road with beach, fire pit and dock for boats and kayaks. Great place to have a fire and cocktails! My family would be happy to come back!

My family of four rented this property for a weekend and it was very nice and spacious. The kitchen is updated and is open to the main entry/living which was great for entertaining/visiting. It is a bit tricky to find off the main road. Be aware the driveway is gravel and dirt and quite steep, so keep momentum whilst driving up to the property :). The owner was very responsive leading up to the rental and very accommodating for our stay. Overall a nice, quiet, and beautiful rental. Thank you!

We are from Connecticut and have grown to love the Northville area for more than 30 years.
After looking for a place to vacation we decided to purchase the lower level of this home from our close friends. We enjoy kayaking swimming and relaxing by the water.

Our home provides you with 1500 square feet of fully furnished space. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a fully equipped kitchen it is the perfect place to vacation or just get away.
Just across the street from the lake you can enjoy a quiet afternoon on the water.
