The property is located close to the action of campus life in the Short North. There are many restaurants and stores in walking distance. The property was clean spacious and welcoming, perfect for my overnight visit!!!!

Perfect location to walk to places in short north. Comes with a parking spot too which is key for Columbus. A block away from the main street so it’s much quieter.

Great for a solo traveler. Right off of High St but still very quiet. No issues with getting a good night sleep. Great location, various restaurants are an easy walk away or quick drive. If I find myself in Columbus again I would absolutely stay here again. Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent!! Parking for 1 car was always available.

Great location close to everything in the short north area. Also close to the OSU campus. Matt, our host, was a great with communications and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a great stay at the Luxe Pearl Residence!! It is better than the pictures! So close to everything fun at Short North but far enough away that it wasn’t loud at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice overall; although steep-ish metal stairs made it difficult to bring larger luggage up easily. Easy check-in & great communication! Contacted them about a couple of concerns & was promptly answered! Plenty of light as well as electrical outlets, decently quiet neighborhood. 24 hr parking lots within a few blocks (if needed) and easy access to restaurants, shops, & bars. UDF directly across the street for snacks, drinks, etc.

Everything was clean except for the shower curtain liner. Had mold spots. There was no floor towel for getting out of the shower so the floor was wet most of the time. Also, we only had 2 bath towels for the weekend. As a women with hair, I would have liked to have one for my hair. messaged the owner and no response.

Place was decently furnished, however, during cold weather, the property has poor insulation such that the thermostat had to be turned to 76 all the time, but it was STILL 64 in the kitchen. Also, the property managers are extremely slow to respond to cleaning snow/ice off property walkways (even including at the property entrance) which led to very unsafe ice accumulation and potential fall risks. For instance, there was heavy snowfall on a Sunday, and there was no crew or ice melt sent until Thursday afternoon. I had to use a broom to clear the walkways and driveway on Monday for 2 hours prior to going to work, and buy a shovel, salt, and sand to clear the ice myself on Wednesday given the extremely slippery and hazardous conditions. It was only until I called Vrbo myself Wednesday night to file a formal complaint and ask for a partial refund that the property sent their crew the next afternoon to put more salt down and shovel more. The property did not give me any partial refund, although they had the decency to reimburse me for what I bought several days after I asked for the refund.
