Located two blocks from Lázaro beach, with calm and crystal clear waters, beautiful scenery, excellent for walking, water sports and children. Ideal for couples, solo adventures, families (with children) and groups. Located in a gated community, cozy, with high ceilings, large balcony and barbecue.
Living and dining room, cable TV, WiFi, DVD games table, large balcony with hammock.
The house has 4 suites with air conditioning Split type, and suite for maid in the outdoor area.
Cup and full kitchen with cabinets, refrigerator, 6-burner stove, freezer, microwave, blender, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans, cake pans, pans, tablecloths and tea towels.
Has washer / dryer and iron.
* Bring bed and bath linen.
Remove the keys at the concierge, after identification.
Property Cleaning:
At your entrance, the property will be perfectly clean.
On your way out, be sure to remove the trash and food from the refrigerator and leave the house closed and in order.
Deliver the key at the condominium concierge.
