Checkin was easy and Tony contacted ua after we arrived to see if we needed anything. He was helpful and its a nice space fornwhen we were in Fargo for a short stay.
This place gave us a reasonabe place to stay while apartment hunting for my son. Had everything we
We had a great location and was easy to get ahold of our host. Any concerns we had were quickly taken care of. May use again when I come to visit my son.
Very pleased. Older property but well taken care of nicely painted. Plenty of towels, tp, coffee, Loved to Rain shower head. Nice hot water. No complaints. Will stay again
This was my first time renting an Air B & B. I arrived into town late and I did not realize that all the information was in an email not thru the host. The host was very nice and came to the location to help me get in. I did not realize this was a room in a basement surrounded by other listings; people above and next to me. I was very cold my first night there. In which when I asked the host to reduce the air conditioning; he responded immediately however he couldn't raise the temperature nor close the vents; he did cover the vents with tape in the bedroom and sitting room area to reduce the amount of cold air flowing into the space I was renting. There was a heater that I utilized while I stayed there. Also the bathtub plug was missing and the host went and got a new one relatively fast. Everyone has there own idea of clean, my children have told me that when it comes to a clean home, I have OCD (LOL). The place wasn't bad but I did clean the tub before using it. Also being a basement it is going to have spiders and other basement creatures. I did feel it was worth what I paid for a weeks stay and I greatly appreciated the host friendliness and helpfulness to my questions and concerns. But I have learned next time to ask about the space, no more basement rentals for me.

it’s up to the renter to read the description of the property and lean how to use the platform. It is not the host responsibility to teach a renter his to use the vrbo app and learn how to use your phone to watch video links for directions. It is also unfair to give a low review for being an apartment surrounded by other apartments when that is exactly how it was listed. Although I understand your frustration about temperature control it is important to have a realistic expectation that living in the midwest at the end of a summer having 100 degree days and the night you arrived it was 65 degrees but was forecasted to be 95 degrees the very next day. There was a space heater and it’s easy to get the temperature right in a realistic time frame but anywhere you go that has change of guests there should be a realistic expectation to give temp control time. The tub is cleaned after each guest and it’s always safe to use without cleaning yourself but it’s definitely a personal preference to decide if you want to clean yourself out of precaution. Getting a full living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and entire furnished apartment for less than $100 a night for short term is very fair and should not be compared to the price of a long term rental where you pay your own utilities.
Clean but location is in a rougher neighborhood. We didn’t sleep well as there was a crying baby on the other side of our bedroom wall and it is also near the train tracks. We appreciated the closeness to the things we needed in Moorhead, but when we walked in we got the feeling it was a love pad. Lots of candles available and mood music playing? If this is what you are looking for, you’re in luck! We appreciated the Keurig for a morning cup of coffee to go with the little fireplace heater and a blanket. Thanks!
