A cozy cottage, newly renovated, nestled in on Dawson cannel off of Pine Island sound just 30 minutes by boat to Sanibel Light House and blue water. A fisherman's paradise offering both intercoastal fishing and Deep Sea Fishing options for the fishing enthusiast.
A relaxing screened in pool cage offers a place for the family to relax by the pool or hot tub after a day of fishing or island hoping.
This cottage offers amenities such as a 500 pound ice maker, Propane BBQ, full laundry room, fish cleaning table, and two boat lifts 1- 20,000 lbs. and 1- 7000 lbs.
The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and two hide away beds for the living room.
Parking accommodations for two vehicles and a trailer. Boat ramp three miles away in Saint James City on Monroe Cannel.
Local grocery shopping is within 7 miles, and restaurants within 3 miles.
