Very clean!! Great view and loved the setup of the house all bedrooms upstairs and kitchen and living room and game room all downstairs!! The doc was also awesome with enough room for everyone to hang out as a group!!
Our stay was great with our 3 friend families, 14 people in total. The house set-up was nice with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each side of the house. The bunk room with an attached bathroom was perfect for the teens. Renting a boat for a few days was easy since the boat was dropped off and picked up for us, and having the gas station across the water was convenient. We enjoyed swimming off the dock with the floats available. The game room was a nice feature as well.
The house was very well cared for and clean. We all appreciated the comfort of the beds! The steps to the dock were no joke for our older guests. Our kids loved the bunk room and appreciated having their own space. The dock had a number of floats and a comfortable table for people to enjoy the lake. Marcella was very helpful and responsive! We would definitely be back.
We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything our group of 9-14 needed for a comfortable weekend. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room, and the extra touches like individual light switches and charging stations at each bunk were such a thoughtful addition. We made great use of the outdoor amenities, especially the hot tub, and the kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve experienced in a rental. There truly wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already there. One helpful note for future renters: all bedrooms are located on the top floor, while the main living area, kitchen, and an additional bathroom are on the lower level that opens to the deck. We had an elderly family member with us, so we had to navigate the stairs a bit, but it worked out just fine for our group.Marcella was quick to communicate and was a fantastic host throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Booked the trip for the 4th to have a get away with friends and family and just before sending our son off to trade school. We enjoyed the home and the lake. Provided us everything we need it to. We tried to gather info from the locals about where to go for the fireworks but it turned out the dock was the best place to be. They shot fireworks off a couple hundred yards away.
This home in Lake of the Ozarks was perfect for our family of 18. So many amenities and we cooked often. Also, the dock and water toys were a lot of fun. Lots of fish caught & released by the kids. We rented a pontoon boat from the people recommended by Marcella, We had seven tweens/teens and the bunk room was perfect for all. They loved having their private area. A great place to stay for us. The owner was the best. Beautiful place to go on a family trip!
Our family of 16 just returned from a week at this property. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds, and the kids especially enjoyed the large bunk room. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out, lots of household supplies. The fire pit area was great, and the dock was updated and had tons of life jackets, floats, plus canoes and a kayak and enough seating for our group. The cove was nice for tubing and swimming. We enjoyed the break from the 100 degree temps in the shade, but the dock does not have an uncovered spot for sunbathing, if that’s important to you. There are quite a few stairs from the house to the dock, for those with mobility issues. Matt and Marcella couldn’t have been better hosts. We had a couple of small hiccups, which were addressed promptly and they were so kind. Overall, this was a great week for our family and we would return again!!
The house was very clean and well supplied with paper and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the use of the lily pad, kayaks and life jackets. The bunk room worked out great for our 4 grandchildren. Communication with the owner was very good. Beware though, there are a lot of steps down to the lake.
Wow, what a beautiful home! It was perfect for our group of 12, with plenty of room to spare. The updated kitchen was beautifully done and had everything we needed. From the great location to all the amenities provided, there truly is something for everyone. The beds were cozy and comfortable and our kiddos absolutely loved the bunk room and having their own space! The outdoor sectional and hot tub were huge hits and made our stay even more enjoyable. The walk back up from the lake is definitely a workout, but the thoughtfully placed benches along the path made it much more manageable and were greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to others!
