Come enjoy the city in this 2-bedroom/2 bath New Orleans condo. . This cozy condo features 2 brand new queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a livingroom. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere and amenities like AC, WiFi, big screen tvs with streaming in both bedrooms & livingroom. A short easy walk to Bourbon Street & just 1 block from the Rampart streetcar line. The entrance to building features an iron gate for added safety. We are a 10+ year Superhost on our other platform. Close to Armstrong Park, Port of Call, Bourbon Street, & Frenchman Street. You will love the condo because of the location, parking*, security, park, and security. The condos are good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small groups of friends. The Condo is one of the best values in New Orleans and a hidden gem. Located one block from French Quarter and 3 blocks from Bourbon Street; You are in walking distance to the Superdome or a quick 5 minute car ride. It's the perfect place to stay if want to be by all of the action.
The condo consists of 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, and living room. There is a 52 inch television in the living room. The rooms feature a dresser with mirror, memory foam mattresses, 32 inch Fire tvs, spacious closets, and each room has an AC unit for your desired temperature. We take no shortcuts when it comes to our guests who we want to have a nice place to stay while joining the festivities of New Orleans!
Don't be fooled by a lot of other places that advertise that aren't even close to the French Quarter or the festivities. The Big Easy condo is in the middle of it all. The condo also has (Limited) off-street parking upon request when booking and the living area is gated. Full size stove, fridge, Silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, towels, etc. The condo can comfortably sleep 4 guests.

Parking Info: We have very limited parking spots and you can request an offstreet parking spot when booking. If we have a spot available, then we will assign you one parking spot ~ this is for 1 vehicle. There is also ample street parking. #frenchquarter #superbowl #taylorswift #saints #neworleans There is a 3-4 minimum night requirement for festivals, including jazz fest, French quarter festival, & Mardi Gras.

We could not have had a better Host. Ray was awesome from the first time I messaged him with questions long before our trip to New Orleans til we actually left for home. He provided lots of information and his place was less than 10 minutes walking distance to Bourbon street and maybe 20 minutes to the waterfront His apartment was very clean and perfect for our party of 3

The place needed finishing in many areas. The hot /cold faucets in one bathroom were reversed. The faucet in the kitchen kept falling off. Very stark and barren decor. The outside gate and fronts were dirty and peeling paint although the inside was okay. First impression was disconcerting especially with 3 barking dogs. The location was the best. Walking was safe and close enough for no driving.

A perfect reprieve

The listing was exactly as advertised. The location was really ideal for being close to the bustle but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. I historically get eaten alive by bugs wherever I go, and New Orleans was no exception, but I can happily say not a single one of my bites came from inside this VRBO. The air conditioning worked great, and even without using the air purifier it stayed nice and dry inside even as it was super muggy outside. Jodi was an incredibly responsive host all throughout our stay. Really happy with this visit, and we'd definitely stay here again!

Easy access to everything

The host was very nice and accommodating. The picture on the advertisement appears to have been a different building than the building we stayed at. The bathroom faucet in one of the bathrooms had only cold water whileone of the showers had only very hot water. There was not very good insulation between us and the adjacent unit so we could hear somebody using a television until four in the morning every night. The host tried to get them to stop, but it did not work. We felt safe there as the property does have a security gate and it was very easy to get into the French quarter. The beds were very comfortable and the mattresses appear to be brand new. We had a coffee maker and everything we needed out of the kitchen.

The building is older, but we have put a lot into modernization & it’s one of the safest areas of the city. In 13 years, we have had zero issues.
