Please take trash to the shed at the bottom of the driveway. Garbage pick-up is Tuesday if you happen to be there on that day.
Please make sure any windows that were opened are closed and locked.
Please make sure the fireplace is switched off (on/off) switch. It may appear off, so please double check.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max. stay per booking is 28 days. Max 5 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking. No tents, campers, rec vehicles, motorhomes, etc.
There shall be no outdoor parties, celebrations, games or other activities that create offensive amounts of noise. Quiet hours after 10 PM.
There shall be no outdoor fires.
