Welcome to Marietta’s Dream, a family- and dog-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin in Echota Resort. Located just 1 mile from Soaky Mountain Waterpark, the Sevierville Convention Center, and Golf Club, and only 8 miles to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and I-40, this cabin is the perfect home base for your Smoky Mountain adventures.



Relax & Unwind

Gather in the open-concept living room, featuring a cozy seasonal gas fireplace, a 55” flat-screen TV with Direct TV, DVD & Blu-Ray, and plenty of comfortable seating. Step out to the covered back porch lanai, where you can soak in the hot tub rain or shine, grill dinner, or enjoy outdoor dining at the lighted patio table for six.



Entertainment & Family Fun

Kids, teens, and adults alike will love the game room, complete with a foosball table, electric fireplace, and a 42” flat-screen TV. This space also features two futons for additional sleeping, making it perfect for young guests.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay ! A definite perk was a kitchen that had all of the basics to help cook meals when everywhere in town had a crazy wait time. Was definitely impressed when we wanted to grill out and the propane tank needed to be switched out since it was empty, called the property manager and it was switched out within an hour so we could enjoy the weather and grill out for dinner !

We truly enjoyed our trip and had a great Thanksgiving! We loved that we could take our dog with us. We really enjoyed being able to relax in the hot tub and just unwind! I loved that the house had up some holiday decorations and had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a greeting!

Perfect cabin experience

Great little vacation spot. Right off the highway and in a quiet area. No view of mountains from cabin. Beds and couches are comfortable. Hot water gets hot quickly. Hot tub was great. Great stay!

Great little cabin!

I was in the middle of my grad school intensives and found out I needed to find a book a cabin (pretty last minute) for my daughter's nationals dance competition at the convention center (just about a mile up the road) and this little cabin was in the perfect location. It is super cute and quaint and we all loved staying there (two dance moms, two dance kids and and a grandma). Thank you so much for having us!!
