Ok stay

The stay was ok, I brought my dogs and the backyard is completely dirt when it’s advertised as a perfect backyard with grass so it became a huge hassle. Plus the sprinklers went off at least 1 time which turned the yard into mud. Also there’s just 2 frying pan and 1 sheet pan to cook, just not enough for a full family staying. Location is great though. Just frustrated because I mentioned bringing my dogs and they didn’t say anything about a dirt yard.

Since then, we’ve heard from other pet owners who love having a lush, grassy space for their dogs to enjoy. We’re also sorry to hear about the sprinkler timing and limited kitchenware during your stay. We’re already addressing both of those issues to ensure future guests have everything they need for a more comfortable experience. This home has a lot of potential thanks to its great location. Isle of Palms is only about 5 minutes away and is one of the most beautiful beaches we've visited. Shem Creek is also just a short drive away and was one of our favorite spots, with excellent waterfront restaurants, bars, beautiful marsh views, and plenty of boats and wildlife to watch. The fully fenced backyard was a huge plus for our dog.Unfortunately, the home was not as clean as expected. We found dog hair and long human hairs throughout the house. After we contacted the property managers, they promptly sent the cleaning crew back, which we appreciated. However, the follow-up cleaning lacked attention to detail. There was still hair on the shower walls, long hairs on floors throughout the home, and dirty baseboards covered with hair and dust.The home also needs some maintenance. We noticed black mold around the kitchen sink and visible mold in the primary shower. Several floor tiles in the primary bathroom were cracked, and the refrigerator and freezer had broken shelves and drawers.With a true deep cleaning and some repairs, this could be a fantastic rental. We appreciated the property managers' responsiveness, the pet-friendly yard, and the convenient location near both Isle of Palms and Shem Creek. Hopefully these issues are addressed, as the home has the potential to provide a much better experience.
