Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Linen can be kept on beds and towels in bathrooms. It will all be collected when you check-out by the cleaning crew.
Please vacate promptly by 11am as the next guests will arrive later that day for check-in and the cleaners will be there at 11:00am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 2 vehicles and a golf cart are allowed on the property. There is room to park golf cart in front of the front door and to plug in.
Please book for the correct amount of guests or you will be subject to a $50/per night per extra guest fee.

we had a great time at this cute beach cottage! The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was wonderful! Loved the outdoor porches, and the bedrooms were all comfortable. Many beach items to use at the guests disposal! Thank you for a great stay!

Myself and family of 8 had a very enjoyable time!!It was very quiet and noise free.We were able to sit out on the patio and enjoy the sounds and sights!!! Super spacious area everywhere in the home!We will absolutely be returing!

We are originally from Chicago and moved to North Carolina 12 years ago. We love the State of North Carolina and eventually moved to the coast ourselves from the Raleigh/Durham area. I love hosting and making our beach place feel like your home for whatever amount of time you come to visit us, whether it be 2 days or 2 weeks!

Why they chose this property

We love that this neighborhood is extremely peaceful, yet we can walk to the beach in four minutes and have the waves hitting our feet. It is close to everything in Carolina and Kure Beach and offers great fishing, swimming and even the nightlife of Downtown Historic Wilmington. Boardwalks for both beaches nearby as well as Carolina Beach Lake which offers summer movies in the park. Local nightlife is abundant for families or couples including Carolina Beach carnival and known bars like the Fat Pelican or Lazy Pirate. Come see what our little slice of heaven is all about and why it is a beloved place to visit on the North Carolina Coast.

What makes this property unique

This property has three bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms as well as a fourth full bathroom upstairs off the main living area so everyone has their privacy for their stay. It is a 4 minute walk to the beach access and within walkable distance to downtown Kure Beach and fishing pier. It is a quiet area of the beach so the access is never overcrowded and it is perfect for a getaway all about relaxation and turning on vacation mode!
