Historic house renovated from the studs with the help of an architect specialized in historic homes. The house has 3 levels. In the first level we have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining table, TV, hammock and a garden with 7 holly trees. The second floor is the main floor of the house with a full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom 2 living rooms, and the whole space is full of beautiful windows and plants that makes you fill you are outdoors. On the 3rd floor we have the master room with a small living room and a bathroom. Also full of light. When we renovated the house the idea was to create an informal and rustic feel that reflects New Orleans. The house is located in a street with a large boulevard filled with oak trees. We are in the middle of the city, less than 2 miles from all the important parts of the city. We are located in one of the oldest neighborhood of the city, with easy access to the French Quarter, Magazine Street , the Garden District, Tulane and Loyola University, Audubon Park and City Park. It is the perfect place if you want to visit all the special neighborhoods in the city, nothing will be more than 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, there is a great restaurant 3 blocks from the house and Ferret street, only 5 minutes by car from the house is full of restaurants, supermarkets and bars. We have not done any exchange yet because we have been working on the renovation,

Juan was an outstanding host ! Was gracious with toiletries left at property. Home was incredibly beautiful and spacious. Our party of 6 adults were very comfortable. Juan even assisted with dinner reservations…by far our best VRBO stay. The experience with Juan was just the icing on the top to our Eagles Super Bowl championship !

It was a pleasure hosting Nancy her husband and her fun group of friends. They are the perfect example of a 5-star guest, easy to communicate, fun, they left the house as if no one was here, super clean, they were very grateful and respectful. I was so happy to see them after the game when the Eagles won the Superbowl.
