Newly renovated house with the finest modern amenities. Open plan living area, perfect for entertaining and relaxation. Gorgeous chef's kitchen with high-end appliances. Quaint front porch with swing and bistro set. Large Master Bedroom with sitting area. Three guest bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 3 twins beds, perfect for children and teens). 1 block from the excitement of Magazine Street, and 1 block from the beauty of Audubon Park. New Orleans living at it's finest!

Please note, there are several steps leading to the front porch/main entrance to the house, so the house is not wheelchair accessible. Also, under New Orleans' new short-term rental regulations, all short-term rentals in the City must have a licensed operator who lives on-site. The licensed operator for this house, a relative of the owners, lives in a ground-floor apartment separate from the house.

Great home in prime uptown location

This home exceeded expectations. The house itself is large and modern. It was perfect for my family. Walking distance to Audubon Park and shopping and restaurants on Magazine. Easy drive or Uber anywhere including the Quarter. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful, updated home near Audubon Park

This home was PERFECT! It had a charming porch which we utilized daily!❤️ The furniture and decor was classy! The home had many amenities that made our stay comfortable. The area was safe and walking distance to many shops on Magazine Street. 🤩 Loved it!

Stunning home!

Beautiful home in a perfect location in New Orleans. Blocks away from the Audubon Park and restaurants and stores on Magazine St. The house was well stocked with all amenities. High ceilings, clean rooms, comfy beds. Had an excellent stay for a few weeks with my family. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hope to return again soon!

Wedding trip

Came to NOLA for my daughters wedding. Perfect place for all family members and friends. Before wedding all the bridesmaids got dressed here and the place was perfect for such an occasion. There is a lot of living space … beautifully remodeled. This is a 5 star place all around!!!

Terrific

Very easy to rent. Wonderful home in great location. Two blocks from Audubon Park and terrific Magazine Street. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The owners were especially nice and the house is beautiful.

Wonderful location

We were there to drop off my son at Tulane. It was a wonderful location and house. My mom, sister and niece joined us and there was enough space for all of us. We ate most meals in, due to COVID and it was easy. Beds were comfortable. It was super clean. Overall, I would stay here again.

A gem in Uptown New Orleans

Anne’s home is a perfect place to spend time in New Orleans. We were welcomed by Lauren who showed us around the property. It is very well appointed, large bedrooms and bathrooms. All were newly updated. Very spacious. The kitchen is well appointed. I can’t think of a better place to stay anywhere. They were very accommodating. I look forward to staying there again on my many business trips to NOLA. The neighborhood is lovely, walkable to all the shops on Magazine and the park.

The complete package!

In NOLA, if you’re looking for a house that has it all, this is your spot. Location, quality, cleanliness, H2O pressure, decor, I could go on all day but want to get back out into the lovely neighborhood surrounding this location. The facts: Owner Anne is a lovely host and made us feel that if any problems did occur, would be more than reachable with real people to handle whatever comes up. We were pleasantly surprised that the location so closely reflects the property description. What you see is what you get on this one and it was perfect for us!

Perfect stay!

Beautiful, comfortable home! This place was homey but luxurious. So comfortable. It's open and airy, a gorgeous space to enjoy relaxing with family. The kids loved having their own space downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It's located in a lovely tree lined neighborhood, close to the zoo/park and local restaurants and shops. Convenient front stoop parking. Check in was a breeze, property manager and owner were so accommodating. This will be our go to in New Orleans!

Great stay!

The location was perfect for our activities. The beds were very comfortable and the master bath was wonderful. The kitchen is well equiped. This house was the perfect size for our family members. We all agreed it is the best NOLA house that we have rented to date and we have rented 6 over the last 10 years for family weddings. There are only two negatives. The front steps up to the door and the stairs to the basement are a bit steep for 60 (almost 70) year old knees. Also the house is on a very busy and noisy street. Traffic with large trucks started at 6:15AM on week days but waited until 7 on weekends. The master bedroom was the most quiet of all rooms.

Just perfect!

Great location, beautiful home, friendly and responsive owner and property manager. Everything about it was perfect! We had a great reunion of college friends and having a comfortable house with a fantastic living room and kitchen area to hang out was so much better than individual hotel rooms.
