Red Run Cabin is a one story 3-bedroom cottage with finished basement on an acre wooded lot near the west end of the Lake with a hot tub, accommodating up to 6 people. It has lake access leading to a picnic table and a beach with shallow lake bottom, making it ideal for small children. There is no dock for this property. It is situated in a park-like setting. The main level features 2 bedrooms (queen and queen), 2 baths, living room (with TV, Blu-ray DVD, VCR, video library, and games); fully equipped kitchen/dining area, open deck and hot tub. The lower level has one bedroom (2 twin beds), and a large recreation/game room with TV, DVD, VCR, Wii, foosball and bumper pool. On the deck is a gas grill and tables and chairs. Out in the yard is a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit. It is close to Swallow Falls and Harrington Manor State Parks.

We have owned rental properties for many years and specialize in those with a "homey" look and feel - nothing fancy, but try to supply everything you will need to have an excellent experience. In the past, we have taught cross country skiing and lead trips in the area. We reside in Annapolis, but return to the lake about every 3 weeks.
Why they chose this property
Red Run is a reasonably price rental on over an acre with access to the lake with a sandy beach and a picnic table for your use. It is close to Swallow Falls and Harrington Manor State Parks for hiking and cross-country skiing, and Deep Creek Park for many of its activities. Close by is the Wisp Resort and the Adventure Center for downhill skiing and whitewater rafting and kayaking. This is an ideal place for those who enjoy outdoor activities or just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
