A Piece Of Paradise In The Middle Of The Island!

Our home is an apartament, 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 balconies in front of the lagoon (Lagoa da Conceição) surrounding by birds and native jungle. Our house is furnished with all comfort and equipments. Also, we are just 5 minutes from the worldes´t famouses beaches like Campeche, Joaquina and Praia Mole. We can go walking or biking to lagoon downtown with supermarket, famarcy and other stores.

We are form the south of Brazil, and Florianopolis it was a dream of our lives. We moved here 3 years ago and since the first day we realized that this is the last paradise in the world. We love our island!

What makes this property unique

Security because we are in a middle of one of the most luxury condominius in the city; nature everywhere (we wake up with birds, seagulls, monkeys and we sleep with crickets and the sound of the lagoon, it is formidable!); the weather is perfect and the beaches.. wow! no comments.. just seeing personaly!
