Situated privately on a quiet road sits this crisp newly renovated three bedroom, two and one half bath contemporary house, with central air conditioning. The house is nestled in nature, with a very private feel, yet it is close to Southampton village (8mn) and the ocean beaches (10 mn).
Easiest commute from Manhattan of 1hr40m to 2hra.
The primary bedroom and two guest rooms are located on the upper floor with an office room located on the main floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds.
The main floor has an open flow with French doors leading out to the (new) large deck suited for lounging and al fresco dining, as well as the new heated gunite pool.
This is a great summer or year round home.
The kitchen, bathrooms and powder room were just fully renovated.
Cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer. All new appliances in kitchen (Bluestar gas range, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch refrigerator).
Weekly cleaning fee applies: $300 per week.
Pool heating fee applies: from $300 per week
EV Tesla charger is available in the garage.

An extraordinary home away from home!!!

Such an exceptional home!!! We booked very last minute and our hosts made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities one could possible want. Private and serene but incredibly accessible to the beach, shopping and all that The Hamptons has to offer. We woke up to a family of deer every morning! Can't say enough...we truly felt like we were home and loved our time so much we extended our trip 10 days. Endless thanks to our hosts for welcoming our family. We'll be back!

A Perfect Stay

We spent two weeks at this Tuckahoe home and it was everything we expected and more. Location wise, the house is close to everything. We explored from Westhampton to Shelter Island to Amagansett, and it all seemed like a beautiful 20-25 minute drive on the backroads. The house has a long driveway that leads to a secluded home surrounded by nature. Baby deer came to feed throughout the day, Blue Jays & Cardinals we’re always around. If it is peace, calm and quiet you desire, you’ll experience it there. The house has been recently remodeled and it is better than it shows in pictures, and the small quality details from the candles to the hand soap were appreciated. The owners supplied clear arrival instructions and were immediately available. Don’t hesitate on this house, it is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you kindly, Quinn and Jean-Pierre.

Great house / fun trip

We spent almost 3 weeks in August at this house. Very Quiet location, a few miles from town and beaches and close to all the other towns nearby. Kitchen has everything needed for hosting dinners. The 4th bedroom/office was great for me to work remotely during my stay. The owners Jean and Quinn were reachable and attentive and decorated the house Nicely. I would definitely consider renting again.

Love this house. Very comfortable, stylish and inviting. The location is perfect. 6 minutes to village, 8 to coopers beach and 1.5 hours to Manhattan. Woodsy feel and beachy lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

Only 1.5 hours to Manhattan, it is perfect for those who want a true Hamptons experience but hate traffic. House is very private, situated off the road down a long driveway, in the woodsy neighborhood of Tuckahoe. Still, it is only 8 minutes to the best ocean beaches in the Hamptons.
