It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. Stay in this renovated 1898 train depot -the original from the tiny town of Dresbach, where you have access to the Mighty Mississippi across the street with boat ramp & resident parking pass.

Situated under the towering bluffs of Southeast MN in the Driftless Region, this tiny home is the perfect base to explore the region, visiting family, friends and local festivals. Only 10 mins. to La Crosse with easy on-off Interstate 90 access.

This tiny home is a renovated train depot building, converted into a studio-style space with a queen murphy bed, along with a comfortable loveseat and reclining chair, plus desk for working. New Roku TV to connect your favorite streaming services.

The kitchen has two bistro areas for dining - 1 counter height. Large new refrigerator and small new stove. Many of the amenities of home, with coffee maker, tea pot and basics for morning tea or coffee. Fresh ground organic coffee!! Enjoy a sunrise over the Mississippi River from your outdoor deck with additional seating. The small side yard has with a fire pit and camp chairs, as well as a fish cleaning area out back.

This cottage is at the back of a larger property that has a large commercial garage and a 2-story home (also for rent!). Please respect the shared backyard, as the larger home also has a fire pit that renters may be enjoying.

Sleeping accommodations for two in the queen Murphy bed (standard, comfortable pillow top mattress)- any additional guest would require air bed (twin provided in closet), or a small child could also sleep on the loveseat / couch.

Clean, well-behaved pets are allowed, and a nominal nightly pet fee applies. Must be crated while parents are away :)
