The house is small, but it was perfect for my wife, son, and myself. It's close by the waterfront where there is so much to do. In my opinion this was much better then going to a hotel.
Overall house was as expected. Kitchen, baths worked out well. Beds were comfortable. Living room carpet needs cleaning and laundry room was a bit scary (but functional). Handy to Plymouth center!
We had a very pleasant stay at the Brookside Bungalow for a friend's wedding. The house is in a great location. It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with just a short uber to downtown or a walk if you're up for it! It was large enough for our party, especially with the second bedroom being downstairs.
The hosts provided everything we needed and gave excellent instructions. So much so that we didn't need to reach out at all! I'd recommend staying here.

The bungalow was clean and neat. It was within walking distance to the waterfront which was nice. This was a girls trip so it was perfect for the weekend.
Lovely little place to stay, husband & I used downstairs bedroom lovely oasis. My sister slept upstairs. It worked out better to bring everything downstairs through the outside entrance. We did have a issue & it was quickly addressed & he even offered to buy us ice cream or drinks as an apology. It was very close to downtown Plymouth. What a quaint little town. Drove to Rebecca Nurse Homestead which is nearby too, interesting.

Beach house stay
The house at beach was beautiful. It had everything thing you would need. Beds were comfy. The rooms were upstairs with the bathroom. Very quiet and neighbors that took walks were friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who loves the water and doesn't have a problem with stairs. There also was wild bunnies every morning playing in back yard. I was sad when it was time to leave. James was great. Responded to me asap even though it was a holiday weekend. Thank you James
Great location near downtown and waterfront. The place had potential bur the living room area was severely lacking with very old furniture. The chairs and sofa did not appear clean and the rug was old with a distinct sent.
