The space
Enjoy direct access to the entire cabin and outdoor amenities, including a private pickleball/basketball court, fire pit with free firewood, wraparound porch, and a fully equipped outdoor gym. Sleeps up to 15 across 4 bedrooms, with a private bathroom in the primary suite and scenic Sevierville mountain views throughout. Xbox, classic board games, life-size games, and more ensure friendly competition indoors. Perfect for family fun, stargazing, and gathering by ambient lighting.

Whether you're fueling up before a hike or hosting a cozy dinner, the space is designed to bring everyone together in comfort.


Lake Access (Seasonal)
During the warmer months (March through September), guests can enjoy access to a nearby lake — great for fishing, paddleboarding, and boating. From Labor Day through early spring, the TVA lowers water levels, which may limit lake access during fall and winter. It’s still a peaceful area for a picnic or enjoying the scenic views year-round.

Guest access
Guests have direct access to the entire property — nothing is shared. This includes all indoor and outdoor amenities: the private pickleball and basketball court, outdoor gym, hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, game room, and wraparound porch. Free parking is available, and the space is fully yours from check-in to check-out.
Other things to note
➤ Safety Features: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and a first aid kit for peace of mind
➤ House Rules: Please treat the home with care. No smoking or parties are allowed
➤ Check-In/Out: Self check-in is available. Check-in is after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM
➤ Trash & Cleaning: Please wash dishes, take out trash, and lock up before leaving
➤ Free firewood is provided for the outdoor fire pit
➤ A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request for families
