Two bedrooms are adjacent to the main living area and both feature a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.This sweet Loft is sure to cure any sweet tooth! It is located on Thames Street directly above Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Shop and the Newport Fudgery. It offers access to Newport's downtown district with extreme ease!***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

This updated property was great! Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. In the middle of all the shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of the Cliff Walk and the wharf. We will definite stay here again when we come back.

Spacious and immaculate condo, ideally located close to attractions with convenient parking!

We had a wonderful time at this condo; far more spacious than the pictures suggest. Wonderful location and amenities with parking included just across the street. Professionally run with responsive and friendly contacts; feels more like a hotel stay than a rental. Would definitely recommend this condo for the location and amenities. Great for couples or families. I am looking forward to the next stay!

The condo is represented well in the photos and description of the property, very cute. The only complaints we had are there was no exterior lighting and the steps are extremely steep, hard to believe they pass the building code.

Great place in the perfect location

This until was immaculate, comfortable, and convenient. We went for a girls weekend and it was perfect. We didn't have to get in our car once we parked, all weekend. The only suggestion I have for the rental management company, is better directions at finding it and the parking. At night you cannot see their signs at all because of the light colors. I took us three trips around the block and two calls to the management company to finally find it. We were in two different cars and we both had an issue, so not just me.

Excellent location, near restaurants and sights beware it does NOT overlook the water

We had no issues with anything except the garbage dump that was right outside our window when we were expecting a waterfront view. Should've investigated more closely. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, well appointed (washer/dryer, bar fridge, TV, WiFi, etc.) and it was located within walking distance of tour buses, restaurants, and other sights.

Great Location and Great Accomadations

This place is exactly where you want to stay with a small group when you come to Newport. Very clean, very updated and smack in the middle of town. The only small issue is that the street noise is a little loud so we slept with our TV on for an hour. Greatl place.

Perfect location!

Perfect place to stay in Newport. The place was very neat and clean. We were able to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again! An overall fantastic experience!

Awesome stay, highly recommend!

If I was writing a case study on how to run a vacation rental these guys would be in it. Had such an awesome seamless and easy experience. The place was really well appointed and immaculate with instructions for everything and in a perfect location. Couldn't ask for anything better, so much better than overpriced gross hotels in the area.

This property was absolutely perfect for our annual Girls Weekend. The accommodations were top of the line with plush bedding, spa-like bathrooms, modern appliances and cleanliness. The location was prime in the heart of Newport. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The unit came with its own parking spot, which is key in Newport. I would highly recommend Newport Lofts to anyone considering a stay in Newport.

Best Rental in Newport!

This property was hands down the best property I have rented in Newport! I have been coming to Newport for the last 7 years and this property was be far the nicest. Everything was perfect from the location, Bose surround sound, over sized bedrooms and large bathrooms. I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming into town and I am already looking forward to my next stay.
