Our condo is a fully furnished second floor unit that has an open floor plan with a vaulted wood ceiling in the living room, dining and kitchen area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a remodeled attached master bathroom with stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a remolded bathroom with tub/shower. There is additional sleeping on the pull-out sofa, located in the living room. The kitchen has also been remodeled and is equipped with stainless steel stove, refrigerator and dishwasher; also equipped with microwave, George Foreman Grill, toaster, waffle maker, rice maker, granite counter tops and washer/dryer which is located inside the condo. New Central air conditioning unit in 2024, WiFi Nest Thermostat, 3 ceiling fans and 3 flat screen TVs; located in every room. The unit comes equipped with cable TV, WiFi, Apple TV (4th Generation), a DVD player with DVD library, Bluetooth Speaker, built-in Wine Cooler and USB charging wall mounted outlets.
The unit is located on the corner of San Marco and Collier Boulevard and has an extended 20 foot private balcony with a partial water view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the Residence Beach is restricted to yearly rentals only; no passes are being issued for monthly renters (public access point is .6 of a mile away). There are two heated swimming pools located within the complex. There is an assigned parking space with additional parking available. The Mariner Apartments is a “Monthly Rental Only” complex and cannot be rented by the week; also no pets, and no motorcycles allowed (per complex rules). No smoking inside the unit, on the lanai or outside in any common areas. Rent starts on the first of the month.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the converted amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser. VRBO requires 30% down at time of reservation. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy date. All VRBO Instant Quotes are subject to change; due to slight inaccuracies created by VRBO automated responses (see actual monthly rates below). Rates listed are valid through December 2027.
VRBO/HOMEAWAY implements a SERVICE FEE for all rentals. This has nothing to do with the owners, this is a fee that they charge.
What is the SERVICE FEE ?
The service fee is a fee charged to the traveler and is calculated by VRBO, on a sliding scale of 6% to 15% of the total booking; subject to change between traveler and VRBO/HomeAway. The charge applies to the cost of the rental. Travelers pay the service fee by credit card or eCheck through the checkout flow or payment request. The service fee is charged to the card once the booking has been accepted. The owner also pays a 3% VRBO processing fee for each traveler credit card transaction; in addition to the VRBO required listing fee of 5%, which is also paid by the owner.

Found this condo. I've had my own cleaning business for 24 years. Walking in at midnight and turning on the light, I knew we were good. Clean and comfortable. The place is perfect. His communication is beyond on point.
We enjoyed the month of January 2022 at the Mariner. The condo was immaculate and had everything thing available you could imagine from kitchen gadgets, ample bedding, to pool and beach chairs, towels, and toys. Communicating with Bob,could not have been easier. We plan to reserve the condo again for 2023. Thank you Bob for your attention to detail and making your Marco Island property available. Bob was a wonderful host, responding immediately for anything. The condo fully stocked with EVERYTHING you would need. The only downside was the traffic at the main intersection. The rest...perfect

Bob, our home host was very detailed and the
2/ 2 condo offered everthing needed to enjoy our stay including a large screened in area, laundry in unit, nice pool area, kitchen supplies for family meals, all the things needed for beach fun, . Easy access to the beach, shopping, Naples, boating. I would highly recommend this very cute condo.

Our stay was enjoyed immensely and this unit was all we hoped for and then some!!
We love the location of this unit, as it is very close to Resident's Beach, which we are members of. Being able to walk there was a plus. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo was very clean and decorated to give you the beach/nautical feel. It had recent updates, which added to the comforts of home. Events which we enjoyed on the island were the Farmer's Market, Art Shows, Sunday Concerts at Mackle Park, and many other events which we could walk or ride our bikes to. There is a grocery store nearby and on occasion we would walk there. We were able to meet many of the renters in our building, which are now new friends. The owners gave us detailed instructions for their condo, which answered a lot of questions or concerns and if needed, they were quick to respond to an email. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A great rental - everthing the listing says plus more!
As the pictures show, it is well furnished, clean and close to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, making cooking and entertaining easy. The unit has many of the amenities needed for an extended stay, as well as a clothes washer and dryer plus secure Wi-Fi internet access. It's also an easy to walk to the local grocery store, restaurants and shops and close to a stop for Marco Island's local bus transportation system. The owner was always available and responded to questions and concerns in a friendly, helpful and timely manner. We look forward to a return stay.
