Good location, very clean and modern house! We had an issue with the heating units, which unfortunately malfunctioned and made it very difficult to sleep the first half of our stay. The property management tried to fix it with some success, and we ultimately got a small refund at the end, which was a gesture we appreciated.

House was nice and spacious. Close to the beach and Redwoods. Could use better kitchen pots and pans. They were all scratched up and peeling non stick pans. Did not want to have that in our food so we didn’t cook in the house. Remote for tv was missing.

One of the best properties we have stayed at! Awesome communication, spotless, spacious, well taken care of, plenty of towels and extra blankets. This place is a 12 out of 10. Very family friendly, the play equipment in the backyard was wonderful and my 2 and a half year old granddaughter was thrilled! I can't say enough great things about this house. We will stay here again the next time we are in Crescent City if we can.

Although we are super appreciative when we find a place willing to accommodate our large family, this place needs some work and clarification. We would not have been comfortable with a number larger than our 12 (4 adults and 8 kids) unless we used the tents. The provided extra twin beds will only fit in the living room, the three bedrooms are either taken up by the beds in there or are filled with oversized desk. We just had two kids stay in the living room. The BBQ was left filthy and the trampoline is missing a pair of legs, the small wooden swing set is missing bolts and splintering. We were able to use them. Any other issues are small and will be communicated privately.

The host was very helpful, suggesting Jedidiah trail in the redwoods. It was perfect. The house was great. It's just a short stroll to the beach. I would highly recommend this house.

Great Location & Amazing Backyard!

Trampoline was a hit with the kids—quiet, peaceful, and close to Pebble Beach. The backyard was the best part—gazebo and fire pit! Perfect for a family or group getaway. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible Stay!

We had an amazing time at the Redwood Modern Retreat! The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The backyard is a total highlight—perfect for relaxing, playing, and enjoying the ocean breeze. Highly recommend!

A quite and clean place to stay near the beach

My wife and twin had a fantastic time celebrating our birthday here in Northern California. The property was exactly as described and the property was well placed in a small neighborhood but still under a ten minute walk to the beach. It was a great deal in a great town, thanks for having us!
