Ocean views and minutes to Canoe Cove Beach - a popular local family beach in a beautiful protected bay - visit at low tide when the beach is widest and full of amazing tide pools! This exceptional home is the perfect place to make memories on PEI.
A modern take on a traditional farmhouse situated on a beautiful piece of land around the corner from Canoe Cove beach.
The farmhouse consists of a full kitchen, large dining area with tons of natural light, a cozy living area, one bedroom and bathroom on the main level; 3 more bedrooms and another bath on the second level. There is a pack n' play crib and high chair for the little ones.

Canoe Cove beach is minutes away by vehicle. When exiting the driveway, take a left, and then take the first right onto Church rd. Follow this road to the right and you'll be at the beach where there are washrooms, playground, and a canteen!
