Enjoy exploring local shops and eateries, as well as many outdoor attractions within a leisurely drive 30 min or less away—Wind rock OHV park, Frozen Head State Park, Caney Creek Marina, Ozone Falls, to name a few. It’s about 10 minutes to Roane State College and Roane County Park with tennis, trails, kayak launch etc.

3 bedrooms, King, Full and twin with trundle, plus comfy couch in living room

Parking off-street, 2 car carport plus space for trailer/boat in the driveway

Host is local and available if needed

Home is located in a safe, residential area with generous sized lots. There is plenty of off-street parking and house is set back from the road.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
-Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles
-No additional guests allowed without written permission from hosts and guests of all ages must be disclosed at booking
-Pet waste must be collected and disposed of immediately
-Pets are not to be left unattended inside the home unless crated, and shouldn't be left outside if guests aren't home
-Access for yard care must be granted when needed (weekly mowing of front and backyard, etc.)
-Thermostat is to be set no lower than 78 degrees when house is unoccupied and all doors should be locked, windows secured with all shades drawn when house is unoccupied
-Thermostat is to be set no lower than 72 degrees at any given time while occupied
-Maximum of 4 cars to be parked on premises
-Cars are to be parked in carport and driveway, never on lawn
-Trash pickup is weekly on Tuesdays—if your stay falls on this day, we ask that you please walk full cans to curb for pickup
-No parties or large gatherings allowed on premises
