Unwind in Harriman at this beautiful house in a perfect location right by Watts Bar Lake, Roane State Community College and Roane County State Park and only 5 minutes from I-40! Just 25 minutes to Knoxville and 40 minutes to the University of TN, our newly renovated home features two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can relax in the spacious living room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed for extra sleeping space, 60" screen TV and a desk for any work you may need to do on your visit. Enjoy a modern bathroom design with a seat in the shower and an extra, handheld sprayer. We built an enclosed gazebo in the backyard for enjoying the outside and the many birds in the area - we love this!
You can walk to the common lake area in the community and to the Caney Creek hiking trails right across the street from our subdivision. You can also walk to the Roane State Community College right around the corner from our home. This is one of my favorite things about our home - it is close to everything in the area with direct access through the subdivision to the Watts Bar Lake.
The beauty of Harriman is right outside! Oh, and bring ALL the family including your dog - the yard is fenced!

We are from West TN and have been in the vacation rental business for 15 years. We love the East TN area and have family in the Harriman area. We learned how beautiful it is and only 25 minutes to Farragut, TN/Knoxville!
Why they chose this property
The location was the key - right by Watts Bar Lake and Roane County State Park. The neighborhood is friendly with extra large lots for the homes; all of it is surrounded by hills making it attractive from all directions. You can easily walk the neighborhood and get to the common community area by the lake.
What makes this property unique
Our home is completely renovated making it modern, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are state of the art and we made sure to get luxurious beds. Super comfortable. Lastly, we wanted an outside area and created the enclosed gazebo with bird feeders in the back yard - so many birds in the area! We love it!
