Property was perfect for our quick weekend trip up to see the Vols football game. Kim was an outstanding host and everything was precisely as advertised! Highly recommend, and we will look to stay here again upon our next trip up to the area.

The property was everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Our dogs enjoyed the property as well.Side note, the bed sheets are the softest I’ve ever seen; planning on buying some for myself.

Cozy Cottage

Had a wonderful stay at Kim's Cottage. Was the perfect size and the fenced in yard was wonderful for our dogs. I will definitely stay again when back in the area.

This was a perfect place for the fiancé and I to stay while visiting family and be able to bring our dog. The owner had perfect communication, she was so sweet! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog to run his morning zoomies. Thank you for having us!

The location was perfect for our needs. The home is lovely and nicely decorated. The king bed was super comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect to enjoy fresh air and allow the pups to get in some play and lounge time. Kim was incredibly responsive and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay.

This is a great VRBO and host. We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The decor was very nice, beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were nicely stocked. Kim, the host, was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved that we could bring our furry friends with us also. The home was exactly as pictured and described. This is the second time we have stayed for over a week each time. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend. Kingston is a nice little city and close to so many interesting places. Thank you, Kim and we will see you next time.

We stayed at this property when we went to visit our son. The property was perfect for three adults. Access to I40 was a block away. Kim, our host, was quick to respond to my questions quickly. Our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. I would stay at this property again if available for future visits to Tennessee.
