Lovely cottage in a great location! The two of us were very comfortable here. Super clean, a very comfortable bed, plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen well equipped.

Great Stay

Fine little cottage right on the PCH and comfortable walk to Victoria Beach! House had all essentials except for an iron and ironing board. Also, questionable whether or not the bed is actually a king-sized bed as stated on the listing. It was much smaller than anticipated and looked to be the size of a queen. Beside that, the stay was pleasant and met our needs. The communication with caretaker was quick, thorough and helpful. Would recommend this location for future stays. Thank you!

This was the perfect experience for what we needed. The house is impeccably kept, and super cute. It is on PCH so it's a bit loud, but loved we had privacy with our own bungalo and separate outdoor area with a grill and firepit. The parking was easy and super close by, which we loved. It was also easily accessible to the beach if you're willing to go on a walk and climb hills. If we had anything to nit-pick, it's the bed. The bed is really uncomfortable. We loved all the storage and the bathroom was great as well - but the bed slopes on one side and is really hard. We even bought a mattress pad after the first night, and it didn't provide too much relief. Other than that one minor complaint, the rest of the stay was fantastic! A hose at the water spigot outside would also be beneficial for rinsing off sand and avoiding overuse of the water on the patio. We will definitely be back as we have family in Laguna and Ladera Ranch and the location and coziness was perfect!
