The house was exactly what we were looking for. Coffee/tea station well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was close to downtown! We truly enjoyed our stay!
Such a cute little home. It was spotless and everything was in good repair. It’s located close to downtown as well as both colleges in town. Perfect base for dorm move in weekend.
This house was an ideal location for our stay. Everything was very new and nice. There are a lot of places that may provide a good place to stay, but the extra care the owners have taken to provide any item you would need for any kind of stay, sets this apart. I highly recommend.
The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The sunroom was a wonderful place to relax and the coffee/tea stations was much appreciated. It was nicely decorated and a pleasant place to tay.
The house was clean and exactly how it was listed. Dining area was excellent with lots of light. Had good board games to play. My kids enjoyed playing those games. Overall the stay was good.
This home was nicely decorated, bright and clean. The coffee station was a nice touch. The neighborhood felt safe. The host was very good with communication. If traveling with elderly ones it’s good to note that there are no grab bars in the showers. We would stay again.
Beautiful little cottage. Nice touches. We used ours for spring training and it was great. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Surely would od again!
Thankful to find a place where our dogs could come with us. Everything was great and there was everything we needed and more. Simple check in/checkout process which made it stress free.
This property is the best place to book when visiting the Lakeland area. The rooms are clean & the furniture/decorations makes the cottage feel cozy & inviting. The patio area is so relaxing. The coffee & tea station is a nice addition to the patio area. There are plenty of board games & books for everyone. The communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this cottage.
I stayed for 1 night with my family and our beagle while visiting family in Lakeland. The home was very clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Loved the sun room and our dog enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the downtown area.
