Very clean. Communication with host excellent, however felt inundated with emails from VRBO and evedently hosts managers. Little issue with ck in as cleaning lady was finishing up. However she did excellent job, issue was not her fault as people ahead of us abused check out time and didn’t depart until 2:00pm. How entitled they must feel. AC was wonderful as temperatures hovered around 100 for our stay. Unit very well supplied. Small issue with a sink drain but host had someone come and take care of this immediately. Several steps to upper unit that older folks like us probably didn’t need, but that’s our bad for not paying attention to this when booking. We definitely would not hesitate to recommend this unit to others as great location and clean which are so important to us.

Thank you, Susan, for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We’re so glad you found the unit very clean, well supplied, comfortable, and in a great location. We’re especially happy our team was able to respond quickly and take care of the sink drain issue during your stay. We also truly appreciate your patience with the check-in timing and understand how important a smooth arrival is. We’re glad our cleaning team was able to get everything ready for you, and that the AC kept you comfortable during those hot temperatures! Thank you as well for your feedback about the communication and stairs. We’ll keep your comments in mind as we continue working to improve the guest experience. Most importantly, we’re grateful for your recommendation and would be delighted to host you again in the future!
