Here’s what members of our group said: I would definitely stay there again. It's a good location, and the home's amenities are useful and pleasing. We absolutely loved our room! The writing nook was a lovely surprise! The walk-in closet was huge and served our purposes perfectly! And the tub was spectacular, although the water ran a bit slowly and it took a long time to fill the bath. We had a maintenance issue with one of our doors and Natalie resolved it quickly. Her guide to the home was useful and easy to follow.
This home is in an excellent location and set up well for 10 adults to stay. It has great gathering space with the open dining/living room and the kitchen was a nice size with everything we needed to prepare a meal and enjoy coffee in the cozy nook each morning. The neighborhood felt very safe and was filled with walkers every morning and evening. The beds were incredibly comfy! A great stay in Portland!
The place was perfect for our family. Loved the neighborhood ... lots of walking. I appreciated that the host working with us to have our dogs stay. The host was always quick to respond to any questions I had.
This beautiful home was perfect for our family. We were in town for the graduation of our son, who received his Master's Degree from the University of Oregon. Our family had space to spread out as well as spend quality time in the common areas of the home (dining room and living room). The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house, which is even more charming than depicted in the photos. It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen was very well appointed and the house was very clean and well decorated. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which we appreciated during the very hot days of our visit. We loved the neighborhood, especially the easy walk to the Hawthorne district. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our planning and stay. Would definitely book again when visiting our Portland relatives.
The house was just like the pictures. The house is older and the bedroom walls going to the patio were a little beaten up. Overall the house was perfect and very comfortable for our family. The beds and the sheets were amazing. The location was definitely a highlight with Division and Hawthorne streets being so close. We were able to walk to great restaurants, cafes and shops.
My family and I gathered to celebrate my oldest as she graduated from Reed- and the house was perfect! There was plenty of room to gather for meals and hanging out. Having 3 bathrooms was amazing for our larger group. The kitchen is well appointed for making meals. We were able to get in early, which was great. And everything was clean and comfortable. The house is in a great area and we enjoyed walking to restaurants and coffee. Would definitely stay again!
We stayed as a family for 4 nights. There were 4 adults and 2 young kids. This place had everything we needed from enough bedroom and lounge space, a pack n play, and they even arranged a high chair. We loved walking to all the shops and restaurants on Hawthorne and the neighborhood felt very safe. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The only slight issue we had was that the upstairs master bathtub had terrible water pressure and we were unable to fill the tub to bathe the kids. Luckily the bathroom on the main level had another bathtub which filled normally, so it really wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely stay here again!
Loved the location, it was close to OMSI for the kids. Safeway was two blocks away, so convenient for stocking the fridge. The only hesitation was that there was a tenant in the basement and my teens had a blast playing hide and seek in all the cool nooks and cranny's of the house. I felt like I had to reign in their fun often because they were giggling and having a blast with their arcade inflatable batts they had won. And the back door is broken, super difficult to open. Other than that, the communication was excellent and the place was beautiful.
