Description: This updated four-bedroom condo is nestled between Four O’clock Run, Breckenridge’s longest ski run, and the Snowflake Lift for easy access to Peak 8. This location has it all! Beautiful views from each of the three wraparound balconies…some of downtown and the eastern mountains and some of the ski slopes and the western mountains; some balconies have both. All balconies are within shouting distance of Four O'clock Run (adjacent to wooden fence in pictures). Watch your skiers/hikers/bikers come in from the mountain from the balconies or through the kitchen and living room windows.
Start your day on the mountain at Snowflake Lift, located steps away from the condo complex. (Note, lift tickets and equipment rental is also conveniently located at the Snowflake Lift). When you are ready to take a break, ski Four O'clock run back to the complex and store your equipment in the convenient first floor storage locker before heading up the elevator to your third floor retreat!
During the summer months, take a hike on one of the many trails starting right out the door, including a beautiful family-friendly trail to the Sawmill Reservoir for some trout fishing! It’s also a short walk to the center of quaint downtown Breckenridge and the Riverwalk, or you can catch the Breck freeride bus at the stop directly across the parking lot to anywhere in town.
There is a dedicated locked storage closet for skis/boots is on the lower level of the complex within steps of the entrance. After leaving your skis in the storage closet, take the elevator (steps away) to the third floor, where our 2-level penthouse shares the floor with only one other unit. There are no shared walls. You will enjoy four bedrooms and three full bathrooms: 1 – king, master; 2 – 2 twins; 3 – twin over queen bunk bed; 4- Queen. Dine together at the gorgeous dining room table which seats 8, with additional seating at the counter. Or use the picnic area located in the Tyra common area. Recap your day while relaxing in the oversized, comfortable couch and two chairs in the living room, or take a soak in one of the Tyra hot tubs (one outdoor, two indoor), located in the center common area of the complex.
Owners frequently rent from vacation rental websites and have made every effort based on their experiences to make your stay in this mountain penthouse enjoyable and comfortable. Amenities including all linens, hair dryers in every bathroom, humidifiers and fans in every bedroom, comfortable beds and bedding, extra pillows and blankets, a television in each bedroom, a 55-inch television in the living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. A starter kit of basic toiletries and paper supplies is included to get your vacation off to a good start!

We had an awesome stay at this ski lodge.Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient ski trip. If you're looking for a spacious ski lodge and a location with plenty of light to enjoy the sun and sip coffee while watching skier go down the slopes this place is for you. Kim makes this process very easy to check in, it had all the amenities we needed, was very clean, and private.
Absolutely wonderful place. Everything you need is there and it is literally across the street from the ski rental business, and snowflake chairlift. I would highly recommend this to anybody that wants a true ski and ski out resort experience.
Great location! Condo was perfect for 7 adults and was well stocked and clean. Communication with the owners and the Mangement company was excellent. Check in and check out could not be easier. Bonus: elevator to the 3rd floor and ski locker on ground level. Highly recommend.

This condo is everything you need for a great ski trip.(except the snow ) It is truly a ski-in, ski-out property. The Snowflake lift is just across the parking lot, and you can ski all the way back when you are ready. The condo itself is a good size and the views from the windows and balconies are gorgeous. It was clean and well maintained. It was also fun to watch people ski down the run right by the condo. The owners were very communicative and quick to reply to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had four of is in town for three days of skiing and everything about this rental was great. The proximity to the chair loft and downtown were excellent.

Kim grew up in Maryland vacationing at the beach. Kevin grew up in Tennessee and his family vacationed in the Colorado mountains. We met in college in Virginia and have since settled in North Carolina, where we raised our two boys who are currently both in colleg. We have been visiting Breckenridge together as a couple, and then as a family, since the mid-90s and it holds a special place in our hearts.

We wanted a property that has it all. Beautiful views and convenience was a must, not only because that speaks to us but because we want a great experience for our renters. The same goes for the amenities inside...we want your vacation to be memorable and easy, and we have put effort into including details toward that end.
This property has everything we were looking for...mountain views, serenity, proximity to beautiful downtown Breckenridge, steps to the ski slope (which becomes a fabulous hiking/biking trail in the summer months), steps to the lift and just a short hike along a beautiful stream to the Sawmill Reservoir, where trout fishing is abundant. This property literally deserves all of these fluffy adjectives...it's perfect!
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this property because I can sit in the living room or kitchen and see people being active...hiking, biking, or skiing...along 4 O'clock run, but we are on the third floor so it feels secluded. I feel motivated to be a part of it all. I CAN be a part of it all! I can see the sunrise over downtown Breckenridge in the morning and the sunset over the ski resort in the evening. I can walk to downtown on the sidewalk, hike down the trail, or take the free ride bus around town. There are so many options. There's no possibility of being bored. Tired, yes. But bored, no. And for tired, the complex offers hot tubs (one large outdoor hot tub year round, and two additional indoor hot tubs which open for the winter season) and an elevator in an ultra convenient location. :-)
