The house is enormous and adequate for a large group. They supply plenty of towels and other supplies. We really have no complaints. It is located off the beaten path in an odd area, but we had zero issues during our stay.
This property met all of our needs for an overnight stay. We cooked a dinner and breakfast and had the basics needed to do that. If you are planning a long stay then you’ll want to bring your kitchen items such as … foil, plastic wrap, extra spices, hand soap and such. The property isn’t far from town but it’s off the beaten path. We enjoyed the scenery driving to the property. Check in and check out was easy and smooth.
Over all great stay with our group of 20 from church. Teens and kids had a good time. One of the commodes wouldn’t flush when we got there. It was late do I messaged the host, Regina first thing in the morning. They wasted no time getting someone to work on it. They had it fixed asap. Would definitely take another group to stay here. And would recommend it to anyone

Stay was okay
Overall, a nice house and not too far of a drive from the Ark. Inside of the kitchen cabinets need cleaned bad, there needs to be more kitchen supplies since the stay is off the beaten path. Could also use some window curtains or something.
This was excellent for our youth group trip to the Ark. we had 18 total people and easily slept every kid in beds with room to spare. The bathroom setup was perfect, and the extra tables and chairs to set up were perfect for group dinners. The griddle blackstone on the back porch was well used and perfect for all of our large cooking needs. The neighborhood dogs and puppies were super kind and my teens had plenty of yard to play football and frisbee in. Next we are back we will absolutely book this house again!
