The building is superbly situated in the centre of the village close to all amenities including great places to walk, a thriving fishing harbour, yacht club, Deer Park public golf club, restaurants, bars and public transport including the DART train service taking you directly into Dublin city, so no need for a car. However, if you decide to have a car there are two underground parking spaces available which at peak season is a great advantage as there are a lot of tourists and limited parking.
