My husband and I have lived in Tech Terrace for 27 years because we love the character of the houses, the location, and the people. Not to mention, the great local businesses around the corner!

What makes this property unique

We are right around the corner from J&B Coffee, GoodLine Brewery, Capital Pizza and a great little grocery store. Plus, we have a huge bedroom with two queens and a large closet!
