This newly updated and furnished vacation home, located in the beautiful area of The Villages is a Colony Patio Villa 2 bedroom 2 bath home that comfortably sleeps 4. Located in the Village of Lynnhaven, the house is a quick 7 minute drive (via car) to Lake Sumter Landing Square, 13 minutes to Brownwood Paddock Square, and 15 minutes to Spanish Springs Town Square. Southern Oak is golf cart accessible (golf cart not included, but we can recommend great golf cart rental companies). A spacious, enjoyable, and well stocked home to enjoy the amazing golf, tennis, swimming, and social lifestyle that The Villages offers.

The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen smart TV, en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and flat screen smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to cook or bake throughout your stay. The living room features a large, comfortable sofa and chair and a 65” Roku smart TV to relax and unwind. The open concept dining room seats 4 people. The private backyard features an enclosed year round acrylic porch with a seating area to relax and enjoy Florida's beautiful weather.
Parking is available on site (2 cars max).

Southern Oak is 3 blocks from Churchill Recreation Center and close proximity to 4 neighborhood pools and the Laurel Manor Sports Pool. An abundance of golf courses, recreation centers, shopping and restaurants are mere moments by golf cart.

Please note the front door has security video surveillance to record for safety purposes. There is no surveillance or monitoring inside the home

Upon request we can obtain Guest IDs for registered guests. Guest IDs allow access to recreational facilities (shuffleboard, bocce, horseshoes, billiards) and recreational pools. You will need to provide the first and last name, address, and birth date for any guests over the age of 1 years old THREE DAYS PRIOR to checking in. If you book within 72 hours of your stay no passes may be issued. Churchill Recreation Center is 0.2 miles away and a 5 minute walk. Lynnhaven & Ashland Pool are 1/2 a mile away. Belmont Executive Golf Course is 1 mile away!

Dogs 35 lbs & under w/ pet fee of $65. 2 dogs maximum. Dogs must be house trained. Please note guest is responsible for collecting dog droppings. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 additional cleaning fee.
