The apartment has 3 bedrooms, being 2 suites in the upper floor, it has a large and lovely open balcony, wifi, fully equipped kitchen and it is unique due to its great location, at walking distance of the beautiful Leblon beach. Providing quietness, comfort and luminosity, this lovely appartment has everything to be the perfect place for a couple or family vacation. The kitchen has, besides the stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, express coffee machine, toaster, blender and mini-wine cellar.

Guests will have access to all the apartment, except for the maid’s room, and to one parking space.

The apartment has open balconies and stairs and the persons responsible for kids must be aware in order to avoid accidents.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

This beautiful, clean and secure apartment has everything you need. It's perfectly located within ten minutes walking distance of Antero de Quental Metro, Leblon Beach, Shopping Leblon and all the great restaurants and bars on Dias Ferreira.

Excepcional apartamento. Una experiencia inolvidable.

El apartamento es excepcional. No recordamos en los años de alquilar lugares en diversas partes del mundo otro de similar nivel. Desde la ubicación, perfecta, en el mejor barrio de Río, en una zona tranquila y segura, a metros de la playa y rodeada de bares, restaurantes, supermercados, y hasta un par de shopping centers de alto nivel, hasta el apartamento en sí, impecablemente mantenido y decorado y amueblado con nivel y excelente buen gusto. Todas las habitaciones están rodeadas de grandes ventanales que permiten integrarse al paradisíaca entorno que lo rodea (está frente a una pequeña plaza arbolada y a la altura de la copa de los árboles), a lo que se suma una selección de espléndidas plantas interiores. Hay además equipos de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, que funcionan a la perfección y silenciosamente, y que permiten mantener un clima ideal. En cuanto a la amabilidad y el nivel de atención de los anfitriones (la Sra. Cristina y Severino, el encargado del edificio) es también increíble. Equivalente a la de un hotel 5 estrellas. Desde la provisión de profusión de toallas, mantelería, elementos de papel, vajilla, útiles de cocina y elementos de limpieza en cocina y baños hasta todo tipo de atenciones complementarias en la llegada, como frutas frescas, bombones, agua, yoghurt y bebidas en la heladera. Realmente una experiencia inolvidable y altamente recomendable, y un lugar para sentirse como en la propia casa y al que se desea volver infinidad de veces.

Another fabulous stay

This is the second time I have stayed here. I come to Rio often to visit family and this is by far my favorite place to stay when I visit. The location is perfect. Walking distance to retail, the beach and a local grocery store and it has everything you need. It’s a home away from home. Cristina is also a pleasure to deal with. She is very responsive.

Amazing apartment in Leblon

Leblon is my favorite city in Rio. I am so lucky to have found this gorgeous apartment. It is in a great location and close to the beach and restaurants. It’s also in walking distance to a grocery store which is a plus. It is beautifully decorated and the apartment has lots of windows so you can enjoy all of the natural light and surrounding trees. I felt extremely safe at this location as well. I will definitely be staying here again.

Best Choice in Rio de Janeiro

Die Wohnung ist der beste Platz, den ich nach einigen Versuchen in Rio de Janeiro finden konnte. Leblon ist für Kenner zur Zeit der beste Stadtteil in Rio: zentral genug für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rio, gleichzeitig sind die besten Stände der Zona Sul, Bars und exzellente Restaurants in Ipanema und Leblon zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, fast idyllisch an einem kleinen mit Bäumen bestandenen Platz. Von der umglasten Veranda blickt man in die Baumkronen und kann beim Frühstück tropische Vögel und kleine Affen beobachten. Geht man vor die Tür bekommt man sofort ein Taxi oder ist in wenigen Minuten an einer Bushaltestelle oder an einer Metrostation. Um die Ecke ist ein erstaunlich gut sortierter Supermarkt mit großem Sortiment, wie er sicher nicht überall in Rio zu finden ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist hell, sehr ansprechend und hochwertig eingerichtet mit schöner Dekoration, vielen Grünpflanzen, schönen Sitzplätzen und einer modernen, großen Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alle Geräte und die Wohnung selbst sind in absolut perfektem Zustand, die Klimaanlage kühlt in Minuten und ist praktisch unhörbar. Eine Treppe höher gibt es zwei vollwertige Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad und geräumigen Schränken. Die Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer könnte perfekter nicht sein: wie in einem Spitzenhotel liegen Handtücher, Toilettenartikel wie Seife und Shampoo bereit, im Kühlschrank stehen Wasser und Getränke und überall gibt es detaillierte Anleitungen und Tipps (auch auf Englisch) für den Gast sowie ein Kompendium mit den notwenigen Informationen zur Nutzung der Wohnung. Alles ist blitzsauber, sehr gepflegt und so angenehm, dass man die Wohnung am liebsten gar nicht mehr verlassen würde und sich immer darauf freut, wenn man zurückkehrt. Der doorman Severino ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Gastgeberin, Cristina ist immer schnell erreichbar und antwortet sofort. Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal als Gäste in dieser Wohnung gewesen und es wird sicher nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Ich kann diese Wohnung absolut empfehlen, sie lässt keine Wünsche offen.
