The property was clean and centrally located. It was nice that the master had a separate bathroom with everything you need. The off street parking was another convenience that some rentals do not have. I would definitely stay there again.

A Wonderful Home for a Getaway!!!

This home was absolutely beautiful with all the modern conveniences. It was a great place for my family to relax and enjoy themselves while we visited my daughter at college. The home was clean and well stocked, and Ted was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommended!

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Everything

House was great for our family with 2 high schoolers. Very clean and sufficiently stocked. Comfortable beds, comfy couch, lots of counter space in kitchen. Having the outdoor patio space was terrific for enjoying the warm weather while grilling out! We had a great stay!

We stayed three nights while in Greensboro. This place was perfect for our group of 7. Great location. Safe neighborhood. We walked around the neighborhood several times in the evenings. House was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful stay in Greensboro

The home was perfect for our foursome golf trip. Each of us had our own bedroom with an adult sized bed and working television! The common areas were perfectly suited for us to watch tv, grill out and enjoy meals. Ample parking and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Excellent communication from Host as well. An all around wonderful stay!

The Best Ever!

Out of all the vacation rentals we've rented, this is hands down the best so far! The place was very clean, and it felt like home. The fact that it has a game room shows that they owner spared no expense for making the stays at this place as comfortable and fun as possible. Thanks again and I look forward to the next stay!

Myself and 3 colleagues stayed to attend the High Point Furniture Market. House was great. The house was clean and well equipped for our stay. Ted gave great instruction for check in. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Our stay at the Modern Bungalow was absolutely exceptional! The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, with every detail making it feel both stylish and welcoming. It was spacious enough for our group of five, giving each of us a comfortable room of our own, while still feeling cozy and inviting. After long, busy days at the conference, it was the perfect retreat to relax and recharge. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. Tennis weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised and well stocked with all the essentials. The beds & couches were comfortable. The only negative was the bath towels were on the small side & could stand to be updated. Overall it was was a very good choice.
